Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Iconic Affiliate Program allows approved partners to earn commissions by referring new customers to our platform.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn the following commissions:

• Tier 1 (0-25 referrals): 30% commission on all sales
• Tier 2 (26-100 referrals): 40% commission on all sales
• Tier 3 (100+ referrals): 50% commission on all sales
• Bonus: $500 bonus for every 100 successful referrals

3. Payment Terms

Commission payments are processed monthly for the previous month's earnings, with a minimum payout threshold of $50.

• Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer
• 30-day cookie duration for tracking referrals
• Payments processed within 30 days of month-end

4. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Iconic honestly and accurately
• Not engage in spam or unethical marketing practices
• Disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting
• Not bid on Iconic's trademarked terms in paid advertising
• Comply with FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake accounts or using fraudulent methods
• Self-referrals or referring family members for commissions
• Spamming or unsolicited email marketing
• Misrepresenting Iconic's services or pricing
• Using misleading or false advertising

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Iconic reserves the right to terminate affiliates who violate these terms or engage in unethical practices.

7. Tracking and Reporting

Affiliates will have access to a dashboard showing:

• Click-through rates and conversions
• Commission earnings and payment history
• Performance analytics and insights
• Marketing materials and resources
